LAKE MARTIN AGAIN BETTER PHOTOGRAPH

This is the same painting for Dominique Eichi's moleskine, just re-photographed, and a much closer representation to the actual painting than the previous post. Thank you so much for your earlier comments, as always your visits are much appreciated.

More pet portraits and other paintings to post soon. Take care; I do hope you are enjoying a beautiful Spring wherever you live!

Wow!!! ....I was speechless for a bit. It is gorgeous Angela. I love how the meandering path seems to lead to a bright spot of sunshine in the meadow.

Thank you Angela for inspiring me to get outside and try it! There is so much wrong with my painting and probably shouldn't have posted it, but I learned a lot and can't wait to try it again. Do you have any 'how to' advice for me? Thanks for you encouragement...I'm anxious to see more too!

This is really beautiful, Angela. The light and foliage definitely say American south, almost plantation-like. I especially like the reds in the foreground and the light at the end of the path. Wonderful

Yes, Angela, this photo does show the lighting much better. Old or new photo, this is such a good artwork. I've been down many paths such as this in Cajun country. You've managed to capture the aura of that beautiful countryside beautifully.
