PACO & THE END
5x5 oil on canvas paper
This is for my fellow Texas friend, James Parker. James sent me photo references of his dog, Paco and I could not help but think that this funny sideways glance was a perfect depiction of Paco responding to another one of James' tall stories.
5x9 oil on canvas paper
I'm sad to say this is my last painting for the ever talented group of Flying Moleskins. Because this journey has come to an end for me, and with James' wonderful sense of humor, I thought it fitting to end James' book with The End.

They're both wonderful!!! Love the look on the dog's face!!!
Paco looks so cute and what an expression! And I love "The End" - perfect!
I love both paintings Angela. Paco's face is fabulous!
Un beau parcours avec une belle fin... illustrée par deux belles et merveilleuse peintures... très attachantes... Gros bisous
I love how your mind works, Angela! I am positive James will also appreciate your sense of humor. Too, I like what you said about Paco's expression. Yes, that would be fitting indeed. As always, you've done a beautiful job on both pieces and I continue to be in awe.
Love Paco's sweet face and big eyes. Your cow is fabulous too! Got to love those animals!
it just make s me want to giggle
:)
Beautiful eyes!
So great - Paco reminds me of my Chaco...altho P must have chi in him, and Chaco is a red dox...but that look I have seen..! Great! The End, sad. You all have done some really amazing paintings in that venture!
You are really great at capturing the personality of pets. I always enjoy seeing your work. The cow is especially cute, the smile on his face is wonderful almost like you asked him to pose with a little attitude.
Such a whimsical little fellow. Beautiful expression.
Gosh,
What a beautiful job you did both on Paco and the cow!
I think Paco just might walk up to us with his tail wagging
xoxo
